28-29 January 2020, Tiranë (ENG) The 2nd Transnational Partner Meeting of the Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro Programme, held on 28-29 January in Tirana. Welcome remarks were made by Mr. Ardian Kamenica, General Secretary of Ministry of Tourism and Environment of Albania. As a first Steering Committee and 2nd Transnational Partner Meeting was considered important and full of complexity in order to size the status of the project and the pursuit of the results. In order to the Agenda, the meeting continued with the first session concerning the Project state of Play. The second session concerning the overview of the project and the work package and all deliverables were discussed in order to program a new working plan. Having the possibility to have in the afternoon session Mr. Davide Marcianò the representative of Joint as project officer for this project, some ideas were clarified and how to speed up project activities implementation. The main focus of the second day of meeting was to reach an agreement for a new working plan and for a new dateline for the reporting process.
