Realization of this valuable pilot project was possible due to the Due Mari project, which is co-financed by the EU under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II). As representative of the lead project partner, Ministry of Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and North Region Development of Montenegro, Ms Maja Kovačević explains the significance and the idea behind this pilot project. This documentary also provides interesting insights into the making of the printing press replica, an important piece of Montenegrin history and culture.
The idea was to valorize cultural heritage and make it more visible and accessible to domestic and foreign tourists. The representatives of the Due Mari project believe that this is just the beginning of a successful pilot story, which is already recognized beyond the Montenegrin borders.
The replica of the printing press is now displayed in the Njegos Museum – Biljarda in Cetinje. Read more here: https://duemari.italy-albania-montenegro.eu/pilot-project...
